The insoles is designed for wider, high volume shoes, such as work boots, sneakers, running shoes, casual shoes. It is not suitable for shoes with small space such as Women' High Heels, dress shoes, flats, slip-ons and cycling shoes.
I stumbled on these Anhfuture orthotic inserts on Amazon, from which I have ordered many different types of inserts over the years (I also have my podiatrist order custom inserts, for which my health insurance pays for one pair per year o otherwise they cost around $400). I have found the Anhfuture inserts to be on par with my custom inserts for both quality and effectiveness. They are very sturdy and provide excellent arch support. I cannot figure out, however, exactly how to use the foam strips and tape that came with them - the instructions are not very clear, so I have been using the inserts with out the strips and they are fine.
Have been looking for theses type of arch supports for a long time. WalkFit used to make solid ones like these but have gotten overpriced and cheap-made with inserts that continually fall out. These are well made and work great for my flat feet.
My legs and hips don't hurt anymore
Wonderful insoles. I can walk for long periods of time without having to stop to take a break. I would buy again.
